I'm the founder of Balance@Work. I visit offices and events in Barcelona with an ergonomic massage chair so teams can take 10–15 minutes of real rest without leaving work.
Why I started
Some time ago I was on the other side: working a corporate job. Good company, good team, good salary. And still, exhausted.
It wasn't burnout or anything dramatic — it was accumulated weight.
I noticed it in my shoulders first. Then in my focus. Finally, in my patience.
I looked for something I could do in the middle of the workday that would actually help. Not a gym session I had no time for. Not a meditation I couldn't focus on. Something immediate. Something real.
It didn't exist. And I understood that gap wasn't just mine: it belonged to entire teams, in thousands of offices.
Balance@Work exists to fill it — in 10–15 minutes, at your office, without disrupting anything.
