How much does a massage service for employees in Barcelona cost?+
From €240 excl. VAT for 3 hours with one therapist, attending about 15 people with 10-minute sessions: around €16 per person. It includes an ergonomic chair, single-use materials, set-up, a booking schedule and travel within Barcelona city.
How many people can you attend in 3 hours, half a day or a full day?+
With 10-minute sessions, one therapist attends about 15 people in 3 hours, about 20 in half a day and about 40 in a full day. With 15-minute sessions, about 10 in 3 hours. If there are more of you, we add therapists or hours.
How long is each session?+
At the office we recommend 10–15 minute sessions. At events we run express sessions of 5–7 minutes to attend more people.
Do people need to change clothes or use oils?+
No. The massage is received fully clothed, in an ergonomic chair, with no oils or creams. Everyone gets up and goes back to their desk.
What space do you need at the office?+
About 2×2 metres per chair in a quiet space; a small meeting room works. We arrive a little early to set up and pack everything away when we finish.
How do employees book their slot?+
With an online booking link we share a few days before: everyone picks their time slot. HR doesn't have to organise the schedule.
How far in advance should we book?+
For the office, 2–3 weeks' notice is usually enough. For events with full branding (logo roll-up and covers) we need 4 weeks. If you already have a date, write to us as soon as possible.
Do you work outside Barcelona?+
Yes. Outside Barcelona we work with a day rate plus travel and accommodation at actual cost, always itemised in the quote.
Do you offer the service in English?+
Yes. We work in Spanish, Catalan and English, both in offices with international teams and at conferences and events.
Can you set up a massage area at a conference or trade fair?+
Yes. We set up massage stations at conferences, trade fairs and stands: each station is one therapist with a chair, costs €90/h and attends about 30 people every 4 hours with express sessions.
Can it be branded for the sponsor?+
Yes, in two ways. At no cost, we integrate the sponsor's materials into the station and the QR booking with their brand. Full branding (roll-up and logo headrest covers, reusable) costs €190 per station and needs 4 weeks' notice.
Do you work with event agencies?+
Yes. We work with agencies, DMCs and organisers with commissionable retail prices and service in English. For example, we ran the wellness zone at the Beyond Boundaries Global Festival 2026, organised with AIM Group.
What are your booking and cancellation terms?+
You book with written confirmation and a 50% payment; the rest is paid when the service ends, with an invoice. Cancelling is free up to 7 days before; with less than 7 days' notice 50% is charged, and custom material already produced is non-refundable. The quote is valid for 60 days.
Do you have civil liability insurance?+
Yes. Every service is covered by our civil liability insurance, and we use single-use hygiene materials with each person.
